Jen forwarded an email to all Shareholders from the BC government on July 20, 2022, indicating that Signant Two needed to file with the Land Owner Transparency Registry by Nov 30, 2022. Through a lawyer in Fernie, whom Vic referred, Sheila followed up on this requirement. Signant Two Holdings Ltd was registered in December 2022. No further action necessary.
